What is the International Baccalaureate Programme?

In Seconde IB, students follow a core curriculum in French and English, depending on the subject, and specific pre-IB teaching in English in a range of subjects (literature, MUN prep (rhetoric), mathematics, economics) to familiarise them with English-language teaching in a range of humanistic and scientific subjects.
At the end of Seconde, they can choose:
- prepare for the IBDP and enter the IB terminal cycle
- apply for 1ère générale to follow the final cycle of the French general baccalauréat (admission tests)
