In the heart of the 7th arrondissement, just minutes away from Les Invalides, EIB Grenelle private school opened its doors in September 2021. Welcoming students from nursery up to Year 6 (Maternelle to CM2) to begin with, the bilingual school will follow the programmes of the Ministry of National Education while offering a fully bilingual teaching programme, with 50% of classes in English and 50% in French.

About the Bilingual School EIB de la Jonchère

The EIB de la Jonchère bilingual school student body is made up of over 200 students from more than 35 countries, as well as local families looking for a bilingual education and international atmosphere.Our private international school welcomes students from 8:30am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday (except Wednesday afternoon). To foster a spirit of mutual respect, and to develop a sense of belonging, all EIB students wear a uniform.

Set in almost 5 acres of landscaped grounds, our students are surrounded by nature every day. Small class sizes also allow us to maintain a family atmosphere within our bilingual school, both in student-teacher and parent-teacher relationships. Located 20 minutes from La Défense and 30 minutes from western Paris, EIB de la Jonchère bilingual school is located between Bougival and La Celle-Saint-Cloud in the Yvelines region (78). The Yvelines region is known the world over for the Versailles palace and gardens, but it’s also home to the national forest of St Germain en Laye and the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse national park.

A daily door to door shuttle service to the west of Paris (within 15 km of the school) makes it easy for our students to get to their bilingual school simply and safely.

State of the art facilities

The campus is equipped with extensive sports fields, an indoor teaching pool and a sports room for our youngest students. For outdoor play, there are four different playgrounds, each tailored to a particular age group,
