Right in the heart of Paris, just moments away from the Arc de Triomphe, the Private Primary School EIB Monceau was the first bilingual school in the EIB Group. It has been welcoming students since 1954, housed in three buildings around Parc Monceau in the 8th Arrondissement.

French National Curriculum plus exclusive English tuition

The curriculum taught at the bilingual school EIB Monceau follows the official program of the French Ministry of Education, supplemented by an exclusive English program that begins in the nursery (petite section). From reception class (moyenne section), 25% of every school day is spent in English.

In the heart of Paris, just a stone's throw from the Arc de Triomphe, the EIB Monceau bilingual primary school is the first bilingual school in the EIB Group. It welcomes 900 pupils in three buildings located around the Parc Monceau.

Welcome to the International Bilingual School, EIB Monceau Primary, an institution of excellence located in the 8th arrondissement in the heart of Paris. Established in the Parc Monceau since 1954, it offers the Park as a setting for recreation.

Since our foundation, we have always been committed to preparing our pupils to become global citizens through a challenging, enriching and caring education.

Our school, which is under contract with the French state, teaches the curriculum laid down by the French

Ministry of Education. It is distinguished by an ambitious language policy, with the teaching of English starting at the age of 3 in nursery. From CP onwards, our pupils benefit from 6 hours of English per week, representing 25% of school time. We also offer the opportunity to learn Chinese from CE2 and Spanish from CM1, outside school time, enabling our pupils to develop a genuine multilingualism.

Anchored in a city of priceless cultural wealth, our school offers a diverse cultural pathway. Pupils explore history, art and the many opportunities that make Paris an exceptional environment for intellectual development. We complement this approach with enriching educational trips that open up new perspectives.

Computer education is an integral part of our programme, providing our students with the skills they need to understand the modern world and its technological developments.
