Language learning from native speakers

All our language teachers are native speakers, ensuring that students get exposure to the full richness of the language. At every stage, our specialised teachers adapt to the different linguistic and cultural needs of each child. In addition, the private bilingual school EIB Monceau offers a large range of activities and extracurricular courses in English.

Immersion classes

In addition to our regular curriculum we offer a unique programme of Immersion Classes. This programme allows primary age students who lack fluency in French to integrate the French national curriculum after a transitional year. We welcome students from all school systems, regardless of language of origin. Our immersion classes begin in Year 2 (CP), and students are taught in small groups of 10-14 students.

From Year 4 (CE2 onwards), pupils are introduced to the keyboard so that by the end of primary school they can use word processing and presentation tools confidently.

Developing an awareness of the environment

EIB schools have partnered with the WWF to develop projects that teach our students about the challenges of sustainable development.
