HOLIDAYS CAMPS WITH DUCASSE CUISINE
The DUCASSE kitchens open their doors to EIB school children for one-week cooking workshops during the first week of each school holiday (except Christmas holidays).
- The camp will consist of two groups: an elementary group from 6 years old and a second group for secondary school students (from 12 years old)
- From 9am to 12pm
- Organisation of the week: three days of cooking and two days of pastry with tasting
- Winter Cooking Camp: February 27th to March 3rd, 2023 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
Green wheat salad - beef burger - Tiramisu
Tomato Risotto - Butternut, celery and walnut veloute - Chocolate cookies
Gnocchi, vongole and herbs - cheese puffs - crepes suzettes
Baba and vanilla cream - coconut waffles
Pineapple cheesecake - chocolate cake
These recipes can be adapted to suit any dietary requirements of the students.

- Summer Cooking Camp from July 10th to July 13th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
