An Exceptional Cooking Workshop to Inspire Our Students’ Talents

This week, students from EIB Paris have the opportunity to take part in a four-day immersive workshop at École Ducasse Paris Studio.

Alongside their peers from our sister schools ICS Paris and ISN Nice, and guided by chefs from the renowned Alain Ducasse culinary world, students are discovering the fundamentals of cooking and pastry through fun, sensory, and creative workshops. They are exploring recipes inspired by this world of excellence in a supportive environment, under the supervision of an EIB Paris staff member.

Beyond technical skills, this workshop offers a meaningful educational experience. By handling, tasting, creating, and collaborating, students develop essential skills such as precision, independence, and creativity. This immersion in the culinary arts also enhances their cultural awareness and curiosity, while raising their understanding of key issues such as sustainable food practices and reducing waste. It is an inspiring experience that fully contributes to shaping curious, engaged, and globally minded individuals.
