University Fair at the Lycée EIB Etoile

On 28 September, the Lycée EIB Étoile organised its much-anticipated University Fair, a key event for Terminale students and their families wishing to explore higher education options. The morning was marked by the presence of 135 parents and almost a hundred students, who came to meet the representatives of the 13 prestigious international universities who had made the trip. 

Immersion in the world of leading universities  

The school has had the honour of hosting some of the world's most renowned institutions, including University College London (UCL), King's College London, London School of Economics (LSE), and the University of Cambridge, not to mention other renowned British universities such as St Andrews, Glasgow, Warwick, Imperial College and City University of London. 

The opportunities were not limited to the UK, with IE Madrid, a Spanish institution renowned for its business and management programmes, and the École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), a world leader in hotel management programmes.  

Inspiring presentations  

The morning was punctuated by a series of dynamic presentations, where the universities had the opportunity to showcase their academic programmes, their campuses, as well as the international exchange and employment opportunities they offer their students. These sessions provided families with invaluable information on both the admissions process and student life, offering a real insight into what awaits future students. 

Constructive discussions  

The students and their families also had the opportunity to talk directly with the representatives of the universities present. These one-to-one meetings provided an opportunity to discuss more specific issues, such as selection criteria and career paths tailored to each student's personal aspirations. These discussions were particularly productive, pointing to a bright future for the lycée's students. 

A window on the world  

The Lycée EIB Étoile University Fair is a perfect illustration of the school's commitment to preparing its students for a high-level international academic career. By bringing together students, parents and representatives from the world's leading universities, this event helps future graduates to make informed decisions about their academic and professional future.
