Welcome to EIB Paris. L'Ecole Internationale Bilingue is a group of private, secular bilingual schools. There are six schools in the capital and in the west of Paris.

Since 1954, EIB private bilingual schools welcome about 3,000 students with more than 70 nationalities, from Preschool to High School.

Holiday camps
During the school holidays, each EIB bilingual school organises its own holiday camp with a variety of fun and learning activities. These holiday camps are open to all children, whether they are enrolled in our EIB schools, or not. They take place during the first week of each school holiday (except for Christmas holidays).

EIB Grenelle Primary School

In the heart of the 7th arrondissement, just minutes away from Les Invalides, EIB Grenelle private school opened its doors in September 2021. Welcoming students from nursery up to Year 6 (Maternelle to CM2) to begin with, the bilingual school will follow the programmes of the Ministry of National Education while offering a fully bilingual teaching programme, with 50% of classes in English and 50% in French.

Just 30 minutes away from central Paris in the Yvelines region, EIB de la Jonchère offers a bilingual education for children ages 3 to 14. The school follows the programmes of the Ministry of National Education while offering 50% of teaching in English and 50% in French.

EIB Etoile High School

Located near the Place de l’Etoile and Porte Maillot at the heart of the 17th arrondissement in Paris, our bilingual, secular, high school (known in French as a lycée) EIB Etoile welcomes 400 students from more than 40 different nationalities from Year 11 to Year 13 (2nde to terminale).

EIB Monceau Middle School

EIB Monceau bilingual middle school, known as Collège EIB Monceau in French, is one of the finest private middle schools in Paris, located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement, close to the Champs Elysées and Arc de Triomphe.Located just a short walk away from EIB Monceau Primary School in Paris, the school welcomes 625 students aged 10 to 15.

EIB Lamartine is a bilingual primary school that welcomes children from ages 3 to 10. EIB Monceau Primary School

Right in the heart of Paris, just moments away from the Arc de Triomphe, the bilingual EIB Monceau Primary School was the first bilingual school in the EIB Group. It has been welcoming students since1954, housed in three buildings around Parc Monceau in the 8th Arrondissement.

Nursery School

The nursery cycle (or Maternelle) is made up of three classes - Nursery, Reception and Year 1, or Petite Section, Moyenne Section and Grande section as the classes are known in French. Nursery School is for children aged 3-6.

Teaching at EIB Paris' Nursery Schools

At EIB, bilingual lessons start right from the age of three, when students play and learn in both English and French. In addition to language learning, pupils work towards the following learning goals, as outlined in the French National Curriculum:

Nursery (Petite Section):

Socialisation – learn to live together
Understand and follow basic instructions in both languages

Reception (Moyenne Section):

Hold a pencil
Write their first name in capital letters
Get dressed without assistance
Draw a person
Focus on a task

Year 1 (Grande section):

Understand and apply some basic instructions
Write in cursive, write & recognise my first name
Match sounds and letters
Simple arithmetic operations
